2. Data processed
The contact form may process your full name, email address, event type, expected date and city, estimated guest count, requested scope of support, budget range, message and technical data connected with submission, such as IP address, submission time and browser information. Please do not enter special-category data such as health information, political opinions, ethnic origin or identification-document details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where a message does not directly lead to a contract, the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and handling enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If a contract is concluded, data may be further processed to perform it, settle accounts, comply with legal obligations and establish, pursue or defend claims.
4. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers required to operate the website and manage correspondence, in particular hosting and email providers and Web3Creative, the operator of Web3Forms. Web3Forms acts as a processor and forwards form submissions to the controller’s email address.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Web3Creative operates from India and uses subprocessors whose infrastructure may also be located outside the EEA. According to the Web3Forms data processing agreement, the appropriate mechanism for such transfers is the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in the Web3Forms privacy policy and data processing agreement.
6. Retention period
Correspondence relating to an enquiry will be retained for as long as necessary to handle it, and then for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless we begin working together or longer retention is required by law or for the pursuit of claims. Web3Forms specifies a technical submission-retention period of up to 3 years in its data processing agreement.
7. Your rights
Depending on the basis and circumstances of processing, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to the controller using the details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Providing data voluntarily
Providing data is voluntary, but your name, a valid email address and the content of your message are necessary to handle your enquiry. Without them, the form cannot be submitted.
9. Automated decisions and marketing
Form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. Sending an enquiry does not constitute consent to a newsletter or marketing communications.
10. Analytics, cookies and technical data
The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate visitor statistics such as page views, pages visited, approximate referral source, country and device type. The tool is configured without advertising tracking and is not used to create individual marketing profiles.
The website does not currently use advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process necessary technical data and server logs to ensure operation, security and protection against abuse.

This policy may be updated if the website, its providers or applicable law changes. The current version will always be available at this address.
