I understand events from the guest’s perspective and behind the scenes.

My journey in hospitality and guest service began at the age of 17, working at a Thai rolled ice cream stand. I was quickly promoted to shift manager, learning responsibility, team coordination and efficient guest service.

I continued developing my sales and guest-relations skills in restaurants. At the same time, organising had always been my passion — in my private life I planned birthdays, Halloween parties and international trips for friends. The opportunity to become an event manager at a Warsaw restaurant was therefore a natural next step.

There, I was responsible primarily for private celebrations: civil ceremonies, weddings, christenings and memorial receptions. I learnt how to combine an occasion that matters deeply to a client with excellent service, reliable logistics and calm on the day.

My next chapter was a five-star hotel, where I delivered events for Polish and international companies, public institutions and diplomatic missions. I managed conferences, training sessions, galas, anniversaries, business dinners and fashion shows — from the first arrangements through to on-site coordination.

I graduated in Management from Kozminski University, completing a bachelor’s degree focused on entrepreneurship and a master’s degree focused on brand management and marketing strategies. I combine this business and communications education with practical experience in catering, hospitality and event management.

Today, I combine an inside understanding of catering and hospitality with hands-on event experience. I know which questions to ask, where hidden costs tend to appear, how to negotiate terms and how to safeguard delivery before an issue ever becomes visible to guests.
