After a free consultation, you receive FORM’s scope of responsibility, the external budget and clear change-approval rules. All prices shown are net starting prices.
End-to-end event management

In addition to FORM’s fee, the client pays the venue, catering, technical production, transport, accommodation, artists, décor and materials directly.

The price depends on the type of event, the number of guests, the city and the scope of responsibility. After a free consultation, I prepare a clear proposal tailored to your plans — without a generic package or unnecessary services.

What determines
the final price?
The free consultation helps me understand your event. After our conversation, you will receive a tailored scope and price before the work begins.
Scope of responsibility
The entire project, a selected stage or taking over preparations already under way.
Scale and duration
The number of attendees, event length, number of days and schedule intensity.
Location
Warsaw or another city, travel and any required accommodation.
Production complexity
The number of suppliers, technology, catering, accommodation, materials and changes during preparation.
On-site presenceThe project scope includes preparation until the official start of the event. Further attendance: PLN 120 net for each commenced hour.
Outside WarsawTravel is quoted individually. If accommodation is required, its cost is covered by the client.
New clientsThe work begins once the agreement has been signed and 100% of FORM’s fee has been paid.
SuppliersThe client pays suppliers directly. FORM does not charge them commission.
